OBERON Smart Display – ZÁSADY OCHRANY OSOBNÝCH ÚDAJOV

Firma EXALOGIC, s.r.o., ako dodávateľ aplikácie OBERON Smart Display postupuje pri ochrane osobných údajov v súlade s nariadením Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (EÚ) 2016/679 o ochrane fyzických osôb pri spracúvaní osobných údajov a o voľnom pohybe takýchto údajov, ktorým sa zrušuje smernica 95/46/ES (všeobecné nariadenie o ochrane údajov – GDPR), a so zákonom č. 18/2018 Z. z. o ochrane osobných údajov a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov.

Aké osobné údaje zhromažďujeme

Aplikácia OBERON Smart Display je mobilnou aplikáciou pre systém Android, ktorá slúži ako fyzický zákaznícky displej pre systém OBERON. Umožňuje vykonávať tieto funkcie:

zobrazenie aktuálneho predaja v Pokladnici OBERON,
zobrazenie zoznamu položiek vrátane obrázkov,
zobrazenie QR kódu na okamžitú platbu,
informovanie o úspešnom alebo neúspešnom overení prijatia platby,
použitie aj mimo Pokladnice OBERON, napr. pri okamžitých platbách z faktúr.

V tejto súvislosti firma EXALOGIC, s.r.o. nezhromažďuje žiadne osobné údaje používateľov aplikácie (napr. zákazníkov), ani iné informácie (o aplikáciách, prehliadačoch a zariadeniach, aktivite a polohe používateľov vrátane detí, ich hlasové a zvukové informácie a pod.). Za prípadné zhromažďovanie osobných údajov zákazníkov alebo iných informácií pri prevádzke aplikácie zodpovedajú výlučne jednotliví prevádzkovatelia pokladničných systémov, ktorí sa pre používanie aplikácie OBERON Smart Display rozhodnú.

Výnimkou je získavanie, spracovávanie, využívanie a uchovávanie údajov štatistického a technického charakteru s výnimkou osobných a obchodných údajov používateľov s cieľom skvalitňovania služieb a overenia používania softvéru a jeho jednotlivých súčastí. Všetky tieto údaje sú uchovávané na serveroch firmy EXALOGIC (nie na serveroch tretích strán).

OBERON Smart Display – PRIVACY POLICY

In relation to the protection of personal data, EXALOGIC, s.r.o. as the supplier of the OBERON Smart Display application, acts in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), and with the Act no. 18/2018 on personal data protection and amending and supplementing certain Acts.

Personal data that we collect

OBERON Smart Display is a mobile application for the Android system that serves as a physical customer display for the OBERON system. It provides the following functionalities:

displaying current sales from the Cash Register OBERON module,
displaying a list of items including images,
displaying a QR code for instant payment,
notifying about successful or unsuccessful payment verification,
use outside the OBERON Cash Register module, e.g., for instant invoice payments.

In this context, EXALOGIC, s.r.o. does not collect any personal data of application users (e.g., customers), nor any other information (about applications, browsers and devices, user activity and location including children, voice or audio data, etc.). Any collection of personal data from customers or other information during the operation of the application is the sole responsibility of individual cash register system operators who choose to use the OBERON Smart Display application.

The exception is the acquisition, processing, use and storage of data of a statistical and technical nature, with the exception of personal and business data of users, with the aim of improving the quality of services and verifying the use of the software and its individual components. All this data is stored on EXALOGIC servers (not on third-party servers).
